What is required to perform Hajj on women?
It is obligatory for a woman to perform Hajj according to
the conditions mentioned above, and another condition is added to her right,
which is haraam for her to travel with her. If she does not find a haraam, then
she is incapable of a legitimate disability.
Notes:
(1) What is meant by the haraam is the husband, or whoever
forbids him permanently because of the descent (meaning because of kinship, and
they are seven:
(Father, son, brother, nephew, nephew, uncle, and uncle).
(The father of her husband (Hama), the son of her husband,
and the husband of her daughter) (and these three are considered to be her
mahrams as soon as the contract), and the fourth is: a husband (And it is not
haraam except after entering).
It is also necessary to note that the husband's brother is
not a mahram for her, and his uncle and uncle are not haraam to her, and so is
her husband's husband.
(2) It is required for the mahram to be a reasonable adult,
and it is correct that he is required to be a Muslim, either the kaafir is not
haraam for her Umrah Tour packages Uk
(3) If a woman is a menstruating woman and a menstruating
woman (ie, alimony and travel), but she does not find a mahram to travel with
her, then she dies and does not perform Hajj.
There are two points of view of the scholars, which Ibn
Qudaamah suggested that he should take out the wealth of the Hajj from its
inheritance, because the conditions have been completed in its right, but it is
haraam to keep it. This is the most correct view. Shaykh 'Adel al-'Azzazi said:
But it is not sinful.
(4) Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in
the hadeeth that she did not perform Hajj: If her husband asks for permission,
if she is authorized to do so, she will love me. If he does not allow her to go
out with a mahram, that is a duty of Allaah. ). [18]
Shaykh 'Adel al-'Azzazi said: But he has the right to
prevent it if the conditions of the Hajj are not fulfilled, such as if you want
to travel without a mahram for example. (As if she had vowed to do Hajj if
something happened to her); because Hajj is obligatory on her, similar to what
is under the pretext of Islam.
(5) If the husband is permitted to perform voluntary Hajj,
he has the right to withdraw his permission - unless you enter into alms. If he
goes out without his permission, he has the right to analyze it even if it is
haraam.
(6) Ibn Qudaamah (may Allaah have mercy on him ) said: It is
not permissible to go to Hajj in several cases of death ... and it is
permissible for her to go out to him, With regard to divorce, that is to say,
divorce, ie, divorce, ie, divorce, ie, divorce, first or second), the woman is
in her house when she asks for marriage because she is a wife. If she goes out
for Hajj, - in her house, though diverged: she went on her journey). [19]
Shaykh 'Adel al-'Uzazi said: It was proven that' Umar (may
Allaah be pleased with him) replied to women's needs or conferences when they
went out in their adha. [20] Based on the above: If a woman is in a reactionary
divorce,
(7) The husband does not have to pay zakaah on the expenses
of his wife's Hajj, even if he is rich, but this is a matter of virtue and
charity.
